I finished earthbound zero a while ago on the nes and wasn't all that impressed but just started Earthbound on the SNES and it really is brilliant. It's basically very like Dragon Quest except it's set in modern times and is really wacky. I'm not very far into it but it's been brilliant so far. There have been loads of genuine laugh out loud moments so far, it's off it's rocker at times. There's some great touches in it. Downed party members have to be revived by visiting the hospital and all weapons and items are real life foods or sporting equipment. It really is full of charm.

Can't wait for Mother 3 to be translated. I have good timing since the translation project is only about a month off completion and is in the final stages of bug testing.
