I am about to buy an xps from dell with a sata 400 gig hd. I am going to load the os onto an express ssd card (32 gig).

Can anyone advise me on a card that would lye flush with my machine, i dont want the card to be sticking out the side.

Have you confirmed that it will boot from the ExpressCard?

I have a M1530 and im pretty sure it won't, its not in the bios boot sequence and I think i read in the manual that it wouldnt anway. Id imagine the M1330 is the same.

Edit - Yeah, ive confirmed it in the M1330 manual, P59
NOTE: An ExpressCard is not a bootable device
