We are holding the first in a series of Lameco Eskrima workshops on Sunday 19th Oct in the Seven Towers Leisure Center, Ballymena, Co. Antrim. The workshop starts at 12.15pm - 4.15pm. Felix Valencia will be returning early next summer and this workshop is building on the foundation that he left. The workshop will cover Stick, Knife and Empty Hands.
