Omni. Well i know there used to be one there 10 years ago not sure if its still there. Theres none within walking distance of DCU in the Glasnevin, Phisborough area so best bet is to just hop on a bus into town.

Depends if your looking to buy a bike or just repairs...

Edit** Found this http://www.duffcycles.com/. Ring the number to see if its still open

That sounds about right. Think its beside the petshop (if thats still there,ha). Omniplex lost its soul once it got rid of that fun factory-esque playground. Anyone remember what it was called ?

Nah the pet shop is gone. Can't remember what's there now though. And that play-place was called Omni Adventure World.:)

There's two in Fairview too, if you're willing to walk that far. City Cycles and Little Sport.

And I miss that playground so much. Remember the big vertical slide?

It's still there alright. Didn't know bicycles would be so expensive

<3 Adventure World. Many's a Sunday afternoon spend in there. On the big blue freefall slide.

I went back when I was older, before it closed and it turns out that the big vertival slide wasnt actually all that big - I was so dissapointed!

You'll get cheaper bikes in Halfords on the malahide road, not too far from dcu. Walk down collins ave away from the ballymun road and turn left when you get to the malahide road, its beside McDonalds/Woodies/Lidl prob take 45 mins or so if your walking.

Ahhh thems were the days, good oul crazy prices, bright yellow walls and jungle animals on the roof, the big blue slids and the "ghost house" (black bin liners with head stones painted on them and uv lights) and the double seats in the cinema.

Or when mcdonalds first opened there!

Double seats in the cinema, forgot about that! New omni is crap in comparison
