Just saw the 2nd episode last night - loving it so far, amazingly has managed to be darker than dexter thus far! :)That burn notice looks pretty damn cheesy though..

    Excellent show, hooked already.

Gotta hand it to FX, their shows are miles ahead, my personal faves are NCIS, Dexter, Breaking Bad and Burn notice is already sinking it's teeth into me. :D

I honestly thought tv was dead with the onslaught of the reality (crap) shows.

I watched the first 5 or 6 episodes last year and really enjoyed it. But I haven't gotten around to finishing watching the season.

I really should as season 2 is starting again soon in the US

That's only 2 or 1 episodes - there were 7 in total in Season 1.

They're only filming season 2 at the moment, it'll be the new year till we see it, more's the pity.

Breaking Bad is the best thing since sliced Wire.

The writers ability to interweave so many different story arcs together is terrific. Characters like Hank & Marie (the in-laws) seemed like deadweight at first but are now becoming as interesting as Walt & Jesse.

This week's turtle incident was fricking hillarious; yet kinda shocking too.

ye - really is a top notch show and im very glad this is a longer season than the first one - i think they will keep the quality up.

The first season was meant to be longer but due to the writers strike they had to abridge a whole season into just 7 episodes - hence the frenetic pace.

The way the writers are so closely examining the interrelationships between the characters this season is feckin awesome. Walt & Jesse vying for top dog status. Walt & Skyler's domestic strife. Hank's PTSD getting in the way of his work. They were even able to paint the 2 cliched crack heads in a human light.

I also love what they are doing with Walt. He started out as a pathetic nobody afraid of his own shadow. Now he's ordering hits on junkies like he was ordering a pizza. There ain't nothing like a bit of terminal lung cancer to allow a fella to explore his dark side.

    Goddamnit; I love this show.
