Aqua Jogging Help

I got injured last week and can't run for several weeks and will miss the Dublin marathon :( Waiting for full scan results but looks like a hip muscle tear and some bone inflamation. Fingers crosssed no stress fracture but don't know yet. I'm absolutely gutted and really, really disappointed but a week on I'm planning my recovery and looking for advice.

I've been advised that aqua jogging should form part of my recovery plan and will help to maintain some of my fitness. Anyone have experience of this? I need to know if any place around Dublin sells the belt and what the water depth requirement is? My pool I use is 4ft deep and I'm only 5ft 3". Is that deep enough? Any tips on technique or training sessions?

    Thanks a million!
