Summer work for EU student in Ireland

I read somewhere that irish students have right to work 20 hours per week during the year but full time over 3 summer months.

I am interested is there a chance for Eu student from other country to come and work in Ireland over summer?

I think that's for non-EU students on a student visa in Ireland. Irish students can work as much as they want.

Ok,than i understood it wrong,but i would still like to know is it possible for EU students to come in Ireland and work over 3 summer months or thats not possible

They're EU citizens and they can work here, or anywhere else in the EU, as long as they like. They're being students, or not, is irrelevant to the question.

Thanks mate,nice to hear this positive answer,coz in some EU countries students are limited on 20 hours per week all the year and i read somewhere its same in Ireland except they can work full time over summer 3 month.

So i just thought is it possible for other EU students to work legally in Ireland even they are not irish students

Two questions: how well is your spoken english, and are you above or below 18 years old?

I ask as at 18 and above, there's a min wage of €8.64 (may be higher now).

As for the spoken english part, you'll find it easier to get a job in the service industry (shops, cinema, pubs, etc) if your english is good, but if it's not, try non-service roles.

Ireland is going through a recession at the mo, people are loosing their jobs, so come next summer, competition to get a job will be harder, so try to apply earlier (March/April/May). Or course, if you are a college student, some companies take you on for the summer, depending on your field of study.

Also, don't depend on the main city centres. Some villages outside the main city centres have jobs in the "tourist" trade, such as hotels and pubs, who would be busier over the summer, and thus take people on.

I am not asking this for myself but for the other person.
Not for this summer but maybe next one or even later,and her english is perfect coz she lived in USA sometime.

All i wanted to know is what wages for students jobs are and is this thing possible,i got one part of the answers and thanks for that:D
