Has anyone used two 3pay phones on any of the 3 Like Home sister networks? Is it free to receive when both caller and receiving parties are abroad?

It certainly ought to be. ln all other cases, the location of the receiver has no effect on what the caller pays, and where the caller happens to be is likewise irrelevant to the incoming roaming fee.
