Right so I am 26, have a bf of 5 years and relationship is ok at the moment. My bf works two jobs, one weekdays and one weekend nights (maybe one or two nights). I was happy with this because, 1) he was doing it before I met him so I knew the score, 2) because I could go out every weekend with my friends.
Thing is, in the last year or two my friends have either settled down,or have had babies and cant get sitters. We would still go out the odd time but Im finding it increasingly boring staying in on my own. Have said it to my bf, and although I know he cannot give up this job, he is trying to arrange the nights he does so we can spend some weekends together.
I know I need to make new friends, but I work shifts, so, as I have seen someone suggest before, I couldnt really join clubs, and I dont know what else to do! Can you help me?
I know you guys have probably seen something like this before so Im sorry if you have. If this is on the wrong place please move it.

Why is he doing 2 jobs? Not to be blunt but are you working fulltime as well?

Yes I work full time, I pay all my own way in life.
He is so used to the money now, that he would be lost without it, and I suppose he kind of likes the work.
