At last irish rail is doing up the carpark in Mullingar train station. I wonder is there plans to extend it futher. It seems that it is always full and the overflow carpark is nearly always full. I am glad to see the eight euro's a week charge is coming in for something.

It will be a long time before the €8 a week it takes from motorists ever provides as much as 1 additional parking space.

all the €8 will be doing is filling up IR pockets along with the increase in prepaid passes.
