Advertising in the Metro this morning, HMV 47.99 on xbox and ps3 till this sunday. Then on the next page tesco, 34.99 on the 360 and 54.99 on ps3, hope thats not a miss print on the 360's price.

Tesco is always one of the cheapest prices for newly released games (if they stock the format you're looking for).
I always stay well away from HMV, Virgin now called Zavvi and the likes.
Gamestop, Smyths & Game were always cheaper for me if Tescos weren't doing it.

Xtravision €59.99 including a football and €15 worth of vouchers.

Gamestop €59.99 including a mini-ball.(Must be one of Mini-me's!!)

Tesco - Don't have ANY version of FIFA 09.

All above in Midleton, Co Cork. I really don't know why Tesco bother their backside in the Market green store in Midleton, its a complete waste of space.

Saw it in Asda Enniskillen for PS3 today (didn't heed the X360 price) for £32 which is roughly €42.

I'd imagine same price in all Asda stores in NI.

Got one today in wilton,they had ps2/ps3 + wii but no 360 on shelves but one of the guys went into the store and got one.
You know what they say,if you dont ask.........

Fifa was €34.95

Also bottles of pepsi 2 litre were .79 cents each!!

The PS3 version cost me 47.90 at the till even though the asking price was 54.95. That was in the Ardkeen store in Waterford.

ps3 version 48 euro (rounded up the figure) in tesco wexford (for those of you in the sunny southeast) and the cheaper prices for xbox and ps2 (as mentioned in the thread). Lots on the shelves but not for long. And no - I don't work for Tesco.

Golden Discs are selling it for €49.95 for the 360. Saw it yesterday but all gone when I rang today (Nutgrove Shop). Same price in all Golden Discs I assume. I was told they should be back in stock during the week.

Always shop around, I've frequently found games cheaper in Zavvi or HMV, than Game or Gamestop. There's no rule to this, they all will do their own offers at different times. You're shooting yourself in the wallet if you refuse to check Zavvi or HMV. Fifa09 just being one example.

Was there around 4:40 and they were all out of 360 copies.They had it on every other format, though.The person i asked said they were also out of it in mahon point.Just when i was getting into the car to go home, i remember another tesco in the area, douglas village. Anyone know if Tesco are likely to get more Fifa 09 360 stock in? I read on a few sites the the Tesco and Asda promotions ended on Monday so kinda thinking maybe Tesco will go to normal price whenever they restock. Might jsut pay the €60 now and get the game.
