Hellboy dvd problem

I just bought the 3-disc directos cut of the first Hellboy movie, and on the 2nd disc the main 2 hour documentary on the making of the film doesn't play. neither do any of the other video segments on disc 2 actually. I went back to get it replaced straight away, and had the same problem with the replacement. This royally…
