:eek: my wallot was robbed...does anyone know if and how I can attain a new e-mail ?? HELP!!!! thanks

Drop down to IS Services down in Áras an Phiarsaigh. Don't know where that is? Go to http://www.tcd.ie/maps

Don't worry though it shouldn't be a major problem.

soz to hijack this thread but my post is about myzone, what username and password do you use to set up a myzone password and do you know need to be in the college to set it up

I think the first time you log on, it has to be on campus, not 100% on that though.

I just got my email today, and am trying to log on from home, but it wont work! It says my username or password is wrong, which they're not!

Does it have to be 'activated' somehow?

Mine worked fine yesterday, for one thing you have to "register" for it on the site if you haven't used it before....I can't remember if it was for the e-mail or what it was for

But just keep a look out for the option to register

Did you do that on the college network, i.e. on campus? By what i can gather from the website, you have to be prompted to set a password, so its not the one given... But i haven't been given that option.

No I did that on my own computer at home. I've never logged in on campus.

And as far as I remember from reading the stuff they gave us, I think that prompt is when you first log on on-campus....not sure though. I changed most of my passwords anyway, but I don't think I was ever told I had to.
