Newstalk alternative/List of Irish radio frequencies?

Newstalk is great and it's what I listen to on the radio most of the time but I can't stand the likes of Tom Dunne, who annoys me almost as much as his predecessor Orla Barry, and also some of Moncrief's regular guests who come on and talk about soap operas, tampons and Big Brother culture.

So I thought I'd try RTE/BBC radio or other stations and see if I could find some good talk radio to fill in when Newstalk is letting itself down but my hifi doesn't display the station names so it's tedious scanning through them all trying to establish which station is which.

Surely there's a list of frequencies somewhere for a lot of the stations found on http://www.eire.fm?

I used to listen to newstalk all the time but i cant bring myself anymore. George Hook killed it for me. George Hook can waffle and not get to the point, when interviewing politician he lets them take over the shop and technology slot with George Hook is ridiculous! Guy doesn't know or never heard of anything apart from some black and white films from 1920's!

There's a guy in the UK with a seriously exhaustive list of FM stations in the UK and Ireland, I'll see if I can find the link and will post it here but in the meantime start here...

There's a Thursday slot on Moncrieff where three regular female guests discuss what's happening in their everyday lives. The one from inner-city Dublin (Carmel Weafer, I think is her name) has the most nauseating accent. She thinks that by talking quickly, she'll come across as being witty.

"Ui kno nuttn aboureh" (I know nothing about it)
"Uill be sittn ouhren me bankly" (I'll be sitting out on my balcony)

Cringing, but other than that I love Moncrieff!

As for the Morning Show, I don't know who's worse - the previous presenter Orla Barry for her screeching, condescending chirrups, or Tom Dunne with his gift for sending me to sleep.
