    Hi,

I have a property in the UK that I want to re-mortgage. Im resident in Ireland.

Irish banks say they will only mortgage Irish Properties.

UK banks say I need to be a UK resident.

Any idea on what i can do....this is silly !

    Cheers
    Rob

    Who have you tried?
Sometimes brokers have UK contacts (rates might not be the best) whitestar.ie might be worth trying.

Contact a mortgage broker who can help. If you need one Pm me, I used her a couple of years ago and was very good
