anyone need powder coating done?

I spend the weekend sanding down and powder coating the bumper bull bars and light grils off my 90 and friends 110 (because i own a massive powder coating over) and they came out top class, chip tested very well it takes a lot to scratch.

If anyone wants any powder coating done let me know because i'm doing more of my and friends defender parts for the next few weekends,i can do any colour (may refuse to spray pink!!!)

based in Mullingar for spraying but in Dublin everyday so if someone is around town i meet and get parts there either

i might need a rocker cover and some other parts done.... whats the damage though ? i can do the cover myself cheaply ( paint it satin black... will do for the mean time

) but other parts like exhaust header and such are a differant story....

You can't powder coat exhaust header(manifolds)

Actually you can get powder that will stand up to 600degC, its very rare and only available in large quantities however.

I worked in a factory where we made generator exhausts - the only other option (apart from using stainless) was to spray the exhausts with molten aluminium and seal it with an aluminium paint. It lasts 20years and can handle up to 1200degC but its lethal to spray. Also the councils don't like the sealer paint for its cynide emissions.
