Hi guys, was not sure where to really post this hopefully its ok here.. If someone is making "bodily harm threats" against me, through email (I know the person).. What are my options so i can feel save again, which is impossible now..... If i go to Garda station will they hear me out?! Will there be someone i can speak…

The person is part of a social network site that im also a member of, thats the way he was able to find me and contact me, so he is not in any way trying to stay anonymous..It is evident who it is. thx
