Its worth buying IMO, its a great laugh.
Its a platformer that you work your
way through solving puzzles and collecting tools.
You can create your own levels then and let people play them. Ive been playing the beta for a day or two
and its good craic. Yesterday I was racing two others online on someones level on a fart propelled duck..lol.
Theres talk of a demo coming out for everyone to try out a week before launch.
    More info here. http://www.psxextreme.com/ps3-news/3861.html
Well its more like they will open the beta to everyone for last week but same as demo really.

    confused here too.

    1) are there goals in each level? like do you get to the end and progress to the next level etc all the way to finish the game?

    2) will it be as enjoyable to play on your own and progress through the game or is it designed for co-op efforts?

    3) the big thing about this game seems to be the designing of levels but aren't these just once off levels so when you finish it, there would be no sense of achievement??

There are over 60 pre-built levels. You play through these like you would any Mario game, however, every object, background, contraption etc. you encounter, gets added to your library for your own use and manipulation.

Both I'm assuming! At least, thats what it is designed for.

Its more about designing and then sharing those levels. You can get plaudits for especially good ones.

    thanks

i was starting to worry that it was more for people who wanted to design levels and then people just played through them and that was it.

good to know there is a solid one player game under it all

It's well worth getting, it's a great laugh, and when your done with the 60 pre built levels either make your own or go online and play other levels made by other people worldwide.

This is a game that if you like it you most certainly get value for money, there's no end to it really with the online side of it and no doubt there will be loads of DLC on the PSN store.

It's on my list of games to buy :D
