    #1 is a gorgeous photo, really atmospheric. Straighten it up a bit and you're away.

    I also love the way the headlights pick up the tower in #3, and the exposure is really well controlled in difficult circumstances.

    From looking at the pics am i the only person who thinks the castle itself is at a slant, so it's a case of sacrificing horizon for subject when it comes to "straight"?

    Love the first shot, would think about cropping out the tree's on the left though.

    Agreed, I suppose I mean straighten for a given value of straight!:D

    This human's eye is calling out for the tower to be vertical and isn't too pushed about the horizon, especially in a night shot.

    Truth, beauty, straightness, who says there are absolutes? :rolleyes:
