Box office collection WWE tickets (US)

    Just wondering have any of you experience of going to a WWE taping in the US and collecting tickets at venue on day of the event?

    We're going to NY for 6 days over new years. I was devestated when I saw we were missing out on RAW at MSG by 2 days, but just bought tickets for SMACKDOWN/ECW on Dec30th in the IZOD Centre out beside the Giants Stadium. We arrive JFK at 1.00pm, so will be dropping off bags and heading staight out to it - starts at 6:45pm. I have plenty of experience of using public transport in NY and have even used it to get out to Giants stadium before so not too worried about that...hopefully no flight delay:o
    The only option available for overseas customers is box office collection(will call), so wondering about stuff like will this be open right up to start of event or if we were majorly delayed does it remain open even after it starts?

    Any tips/advice much appreciated. Thanks.

    Its dead easy, just bring the credit card you bought the tickets with, the ticketmaster ref number, and maybe a photo id and they'll hand them out to you no problem, most arenas have the box office opening hours on their website, it takes a few seconds

    As Krudler says, its very straight forward. Be sure to pick up the tickets at least 30 mins before the event starts though. Here is some additional info on will-call at the IZOD:

    Will Call:
    Pick up tickets three hours prior to show. The customer must present the actual credit card used to place the order and a photo ID. **For the Arena, Will Call is at Window 10.**
