that was a pretty terrible call alright guess I tried to justify my call on the turn by calling the river. Pretty flawed thought process but knew he wasnt value betting the river with Jx and felt the way he was playing hed reraise JJ+ for value pre and the only really hand I was behind was 99. Occasionally he shows up with 55,66 that turns his hand into a bluff on the river.

Obviously my standard is to check fold turn but wanted to become some sort of hero being the first time on tv and all that. Also it create this unbluffable image by making a call like that, so if anyone decided to try some multi barrell bluff they'd think twice about doing it vs the irish station in the corner.

never mind Hawkeye rule..What about Victor Ramdin rule from this vid..

Ramdin opens to 9k with AJ......amateur makes it 30k with QQ..Ramdin pushes for 146k...guy thinks and folds QQ face up

Ramdim "Rule number 1..never re-raise the original raiser, especially when I'm raising, coz i'm CRAZY!"

If memory serves there wasnt that much history but it was button vs small blind and decided to 4bet it as it was at the top of my range for opening the button. So not having any idea what to do to a 5bet allin decided that with just less than 100 big blinds it was bad idea to 4bet fold... so I called.
Not sure what I think of my play, its generally a bad idea to get AQ in vs a 5bet but we were in the money at this stage so gambled.
