I want to buy a laptop from Dell outlet in america. The only problem is that they dont ship to ireland. Does anyone know a forwarding company that i can send it to? Also would the company put a sticker on it saying repair so i wont get stung for taxes??

It doesn't matter if it says GIFT/REPAIR/REPLACEMENT on it, all Vendors have a european repair center for this very reason. Customs will open it regardless.

So i want to get a certified refurbished laptop from the dell factory outlet, on the dell site it will cost me 700 euro. Is there anyway i can get this sent to ireland with out paying taxes or because its refurbished should i have to pay taxes??, and if not how much would the tax be on top of it?

Putting a false declaration on a parcel is illegal. It's also against the rules to ask about tax evasion here, so don't.

Yep, makes no difference to customs.
