I am currently doing my 3rd year building services engineering project, I have to design 3 mechanical and 3 electrical services for a nursing home, however I am having some difficulty finding any exact information on nursing homes, especially regarding rules of thumb for costing etc for my design brief. I can find costings for hospitals and for hotels but nothing for nursing homes. If anybody has any experience in this area I would really love to bend their ear for a few minutes sometime, I just have a few little niggling questions and will probably have a few more over the coming months, but any help atall would be greatly appreciated.
