Podcast and Sync Questions for Nano

I recently found some podcasts I had downloaded in the music library of iTunes. I could not move them to the podcast library. I also have two playlists but the songs have not synced and are not on my iPod. I thought this was because the songs were on a SD card so I copied all the songs on the playlists to the My Music…

I recently found some podcasts I had downloaded in the music library of iTunes. I could not move them to the podcast library. I also have two playlists but the songs have not synced and are not on my iPod. I thought this was because the songs were on a SD card so I copied all the songs on the playlists to the My Music folder. I then tried to add the songs individually and as a folder, but they will not sync. I need a 12 year old to tell me what I am doing wrong.
