Question about TV aerials

I know that your not allowed to put up any kind of TV aerial but if its on the back of the house where no one can see it will you still be asked to take it down? Btw theres no houses at the back of mine.

Depending on how big it is I suppose. The house behind us has a satellite dish on top of a 2/3 foot mast and theres no problem with that. Theres a broadband aeriel on the chimney and thats about 2 ft too.
