    Hi,

I was thinking of going on a ski holiday around the end of February/early March and have a few questions that i hope to get some advice on. Firstly, does anyone have any reccommendations on a location, from previous experience or from hearing from someone else??

Also does anyone have any advice on how to go about booking one, like would you recommend booking a package deal, or going ahead and booking your own flights and hotels then getting a bus/train to the resort and hiring your own ski's etc?? which one would work out cheaper?

I would appreciate any advice or help anyone can provide :)

    Thanks a million

First question is can you already ski?

If not then some of the tour operators have a learn to ski package which can be good value.

Also who is going? A mix of boarders/skiers, age range, ability, how many, budget?

Need a little more info before anyone can make recommendations.

    Sorry,

Am its just me and my boyfriend right now, i have never been skiing and he has been once, so were pretty much total beginners. Age wise were 23....budget, we havent really decided, but not anything outrageously expensive, id kind of like to see the price range of things available and see if we can afford it. But if you'd def need a price range before being able to give advice.....i dont think we'd go over 1,200 altogether as a package. Am i being realisitc?

Thanks Robinph ill check those links out :)
