A HORRIFIED mum found a snap on website Bebo of her son aged THREE as a “gangsta” brandishing a carving knife.

The image of Kai Massingham was posted on the social networking site by his big sister Danni.

Their parents had no knowledge of the photo — taken in their kitchen two years ago on Halloween night.

It appeared on a bogus profile page that Danni, then 13, created for Kai as a misguided prank.

She gave the tot the user name Kai M and underneath wrote, “I’m a F****n Younga”.

She filled out bogus personal details — adding that Kai is scared of nothing and happiest “watching cartoons !! on da plasma bang bang!!!” She thought only close mates could see it. But records show 329 people have viewed the page.

Pals of carer Toni, 41, and decorator hubby John, 45, found out about the picture through their own kids and alerted the couple in Rosehill, Oxford.

Mum-of-three Toni warned other parents to watch what their kids do online. She said: “The picture made me feel sick and angry. I’m totally against knives and guns and I had no idea this was on the internet. I confronted my daughter and she was mortified.”

A Bebo spokesman said: “This profile is under investigation.”

Whoever says "I for one welcome our new knife wielding toddlers" or any variation deserves to be stabbed by an infant.

329 views - she was obviously horrified by the low viewing numbers and gave the photo to the Sun, to increase the circulation

That's ridiculous. It's like Pighead putting a gown and a hat on his pet sheep Sally when all of a sudden a tabloid picture takes a snap and before you can say "crossed wires" there's a headline in the next days paper screaming out "Local sheep receives honours degree"

And thanks to my superior hand-eye coordination and faster moving speed your threat of death by infant with knife worries me not

Yeah, now. But they're gonna grow up, and you'll be a burden to your children member of the elderly. Then you're truly fucked

And slagging off their chav underclass is a tabloid past time. The journos in the sun must have wet themselves when they heard about this.

Still when you read about it you can't blame them.

Talk about a storm in a tea cup. Much ado about nothing.

Since when did a kids prank become news...cause my kids could fill an entire newspaper.

Bebo is such an easy target. The Sun went with an outrageous story to reel in readers who don't want to worry about real news issues (like the rece...). If an artist like Banksy had created the image it would be seen as artistic genius, but because it was a child we all have to be shocked and appalled.

    In summary:
    MEH: this thread has it.
