Satellite problem

I have a Kathrein UFD 170 automatic satellite system fitted, and on a trip last weekend, the dish would not deploy, and seek the satellites. The receiver goes through the motions of initializing, but the dish won't go up. Now that I'm back, it appears that it deployed slightly and seems stuck - it won't park now. I checked…

I checked the power to the dish from the receiver, and there appears to be a current.

Anyone know what might be causing this - or someone that services dishes.
