Can anyone recommend a good, all-rounder, ladies bike?

I've just rediscovered the joy of cycling that I left behind many moons ago, however, I've unfortunately outgrown my old bike, and am now looking for a replacement, a good, all-rounder, ladies bike. Has anyone got any suggestions?

I bought one of these (in pink) recently. from Halfords, tallaght.
it was a better price than in cyclesuperstore by almost €100 (freak occurence!)

It's a solid bike with good components - shimano ez fire shifters and an ok front suspension fork that's not too squishy. It's a little on the heavy side, but a great purchase for the amount of use it will get. (The odd cycle now and then)
It has chunky tyres - but these could be changed to a slicker type.

It was stickered at €250 - we got it for €125 as it was the display model! wahoo.
