Self Defence/Martial Arts in North Dublin, D1 area?

    Hi all,
    Im new to this so all information appreciated :).
    Im looking to get fitter plus learn some self defence/martial arts. I live near Drumcondra/Mountjoy Square/O Connell St area so can anyone recommend a club in this location?

    Hey PopeyeDoyle. I train in Kokoro out in Drumcondra. Take a look at the website and if you think you might be interested in dropping down for a training session just get in contact via the details on the site.

    Hey there, I'm in a kenpo club just beside Store st garda station.The club is run by prof Shay McNamee (7th dan blackbelt in kenpo) -he does full kenpo classes for someone who wants to learn martial arts and also does a streetwise self defense course as well, he runs itin the downstairs part of the isaac butts pub.used to have a club off pierse st but he moved it until we can find new premesis, if you are interested pm me and ill pass on contact info.regardscp.s. here's a bit of info about kenpo if you haven't heard of it!http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Kenpo
