    It's Paddys Day again. First 4 minutes are class. Some great lines. I'm pretty sure they'll be edited for UK/Irish TV. I wont give out any spoilers but the rest of the show is kinda "New SImpsonsesque". Check it out.
    I've probably broken loads of forum rules but meh.;

    is the Simpsons still going?

    I used to get depressed that there were more bad seasons than good ones, that was 5+ years ago....

    Yeah found a clip of it on Youtube for anyone interested...

    Some good lines alright and it's interesting some of the things they decided to go with.

    I do think though it's high time the show was put out to pasture. It hasn't been funny in almost a decade and the brilliance of the show has been tarnished. I think Matt Groening is a lot like Krusty the Clown.

    "It ain't comedy that's in my blood. It's selling out..."

    Season 20! Aaghh! :( There can't be many non-soap shows that lasted that long?

    It was way better than the new episodes of American Dad and Family Guy that also screened at the weekend.

    I loved the parkour chase at the end of the episode.

    Good old Simpsons with their finger on the pulse of 4 years ago.

    Well it does take 6 months to make an episode... and pretty much every Hollywood action movie still sticks pointless Parkour scenes in them.

    Putting this behind a spoiler, just to be safe!
    Did anyone else notice that when the Protestants and Catholics are fighting, The Simpsons are fighting on the Catholic side? Why is this an issue? Well Reverend Lovejoy is married, making The Simpsons Protestant. A minor thing but it really irritated me as it's just plain stupidity.

    think the simpsons are Prebyterian Lutherin. Deffo not Protestant. Also I wouldn't get too hung up on this bro, it's a cartoon.:rolleyes:

    It's an awful ep. Even the first "4 mins" aren't worth watching. Actually I take that back. You should watch the Rex Banner ep and then watch this just to have a clear marker on how far the show has deteriorated in the last 10 years.
