So I'm supposed to be registering my science subject choices today but I'm at home sick and can't make it in :( Does this mean I can't register properly on Friday?? Would I be able to register my subjects on another day or is this the only day?

Right... Today you were supposed to fill out health and safety forms plus a subject choice form, you were then given a pink subject choice form which you take with you to registration on Friday. You can't register on Friday without it and if you don't register on Friday you're subject to a late fee so you're not in a pretty position at the moment.

To top everything off the science course office is moving all of this week so they have no phones or computers set up so you wont be able to get in touch with them unless you actually go in in person.

The whole idea of today was to get a clearer idea of what subjects you want to do, the system has changed slightly this year so you have more choice in what you want to do but it's also easier to limit yourself accidentaly when it comes to your third year options. Take a look here http://www.science.tcd.ie/tr071A.php if you haven't already and try to get an idea of what you want to do. If you're able, head into the science course office sometime early tomorrow while there's still a load of forms knocking around and ask for somebody to help you. It's towards the end of the hamilton building. The offices they're moving to aren't actually marked yet, but the door is beside a biology noticeboard and will probably have a load of boxes and furniture in clear veiw.
