Finding a good physio

Just about to get back on the bike (properly) after 10 years away triggered initially by lower back pain, which despite seeing various specialists was never accurately diagnosed (apart from "you probably have weak core strength/posture").

I need a good physio who understands cycling, to help with building core strength and complementary muscles. I've read in the past about the sort of injuries (e.g. knee problems) you can pick up if the only exercise you do is cycling.

I have a gym membership, but haven't found the time to go yet (young kids). I'm not sure whether gym-based personal trainers are likely to have enough specialist knowledge to help.

Ideally, I'd like a physio who can accompany me to the gym and put together an exercise plan. The "sitting at desk/on ball" type exercises I've tried before were so tedious I couldn't keep them going.

I live in Clonsilla and work in Lower Baggot St, so either D15 or central Dublin would be good.

    Ideas?

My wife has been going to to this physio recently for running related injuries. Very positive feedback so far.

The physio dealing with my wife is a triathlete, and they also have a number of clubs registered with them (club members get a discount) including Orwell Wheelers and 3D Triathlon Club so I would assume they have good knowledge of cycling related injuries. There's at least one member of Orwell Wheelers on boards (El Tonto) so maybe he has more info.
