    Dear All,

I am finishing a MSc now and I have applied to IRCSET for a new PhD (no transfering). I am done with labwork, however the thesis is not submitted yet.

Could it be a problem for IRCSET, to be writing the thesis from a MSc at the same time I start a new PhD with their funding?

They offered me a scholarship and asked for my transcripts, but since the thesis evaluation is not completed yet (althought the thesis itself is pretty much ready), I don't have transcripts.

What would be the best way to proceed? How flexible are they on this? How sincere can I be about my situation?

Thank you very much for your help.

    Best regards,
    Sarah.
