For those seriously considering a career in FRS two major players in the UK Fire and Rescue Service begin recruitment shortly.

Tomorrow London Fire Brigade commence recruitment for Trainee Firefighters. For those interested take a look here. Don't hang about though, this is the first recruitment event LFB have had in about 4 years and with competent salaries at and around 30k sterling you'll find the posts are filled quick sharp!

Outside of London Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service are also looking for recruits. The area may well be known to fans of the series Road Wars, as RBFRS look after the Thames Valley area.

RBFRS begin recruitment on the 6th October for fulltime trainee Firefighters. If you fancy a crack at it then go here!

Lots of Irish working in FRS here, so if its something you want to do and think you're up to the challenge, then go for it.
