Restoring a Brno Mod II - will a CZ452 stock fit it?

My old man wants to give me his .22 - it's a Brno Mod II from 1972. From what I can see from photos and internet, it's the same action as the CZ452. The gun has spent it's life around the farm, so is in need of some serious work. It needs a new stock - there's chunks missing out of it in places. I'll also have to re-blue it.

So, here's my question - can I fit a replacement stock from a CZ452 on it? and.. is there anywhere apart from the US I can get a stock? Also, if you've any tips on improving the trigger then that would be much appreciated!

    Cheers :D
