L96 - spring upgrade ?

    Hey,
    I'm looking to upgrade my well l96 .
    It can just barely get 250fps and I'm looking to get it up to about 300-310
    and if at all possible upgrade the power as well .
    I know how to change the spring I just need to know were to get one , price , fps etc.
    Any help is greatly appreciated :)
