We bought insurance from reid.2 years ago after nearly a year of trying to get the couch fixed base damaged.Any way a inspector called out in April a recommened a new base.So 5 months on and constant calls to them. They said at last the couch we own is no longer in production so they can not fix it,they said they have to investage what happens now?So i'm wondering before they contact us what am i entitled to ?Will they value couch as present state i.e its 2 years old minus broken base?
