Im home for the weekend but none of the GP's work at the weekend. I dont know where there is one in Dublin or near the place I live. I have to start studying in college soon but I have no motavation, cant focus, everything seems pointless, I barley leave where I live unless I really have to at the moment because I may be depressed. Can someone help?

I understand what you're going through. My suggestion is to try to stay as busy as possible. Perhaps you could even aim to go into your college/university later today (Saturday) and sit in the library to do some study. There's no pressure on you to speak to anyone during the day though. Instead, just keep to yourelf to minimise your anxiety and stress.

    1. There are GPs all over the place. Google 'GP' and the name of the area you live in, and you'll find a few.

    2. Go to your college Medical Centre. Ask a porter if you don't know where it is.

    3. Stay home an extra day and visit your family GP.
