DIT Clubs and Societies 2008- Get Involved!!

    Hi there

    New to this boards business so hope this works!!

    Just an "update" on the fast approaching Clubs and Socs Festival.

    Timetable for Clubs and Socs Fest for next week with exact times and location which is detailed on posters

    Societies
    Monday & Tuesday Nothside college
    Bolton St St both days 10-3 Common Room
    Cathal Brugha both days St 12-2 SU Common Room
    Mountjoy Square both days 12-2 Canteen

    Wednesday & Thursday
    Aungier St Both days
    Kevin St Both days 10-3 - Foyer
    Rathmines both days 12-2 foyer

    Sports Clubs
    Aungier St Monday only 10-3
    Kevin St Both Tuesday only 10-3
    Rathmines both days 12-2 foyer

    Monday & Tuesday Nothside college
    Bolton St St Wednesday Only 10-3 Common Room
    Cathal Brugha Thursday St 12-2 SU Common Room
    Mountjoy Square Thursday 12-2 Canteen
    Societies

    There will be plenty to sign up but time is of the essence to get a new society started. The clubs and socs sign up days are your biggest opportunity to get lots of members and start raising the profile of new socities.

    Please contact the DIT Societies office Staff or drop into you Students Union for Info.

    In UCD we had a week with a giant tent and loads of freebies...


    ...it's appropriate that my move to DIT coincides with the recession:(

    Weekend on the 10th of Oct I believe and not sure of the venue just yet.

    How do I join Clubs/Socs as a late comer?? Do I just go to the Students Union?

    yes or best to try the socs office downstairs in angier street, they will give you the contact details of all the socs.
