Rehearsal space, Inchicore , available October, November, December

Hi folks,

If anyone is interested in renting a rehearsal space for 2 nights a week in Inchicore for October, November and possibly December (I can't guarantee December but it's likely). - cool room, plenty o space etc
- pretty much on the Luas line, couple o mins walk
- PA supplied
- kitchen facilities etc
- secure parking, gate locks behind you
- the timeslots are Wednesdays 8 til 12 midnight and Sundays 4pm til 8pm (bands can also avail of any residual time that's left over that the other bands aren't using during the week, it changes week to week obviously and you would check the schedule outside the door)
- 240 euros per month (we are paying 320) , payment up front each month. THIS IS NEGOTIABLE

If you are hiring a room by the night the same amount of sessions would cost from €480 - €560 per month.
