    Hi all,

    Started a small business a few years ago, making money ect. and now i would like to take on someone - i dont want to avoid the large commissions that the agencies charge and if i can avoid i would like to just pay commission or a basic salary with emphasis on commissions can be huge!

    Does anyone know where i could get either an agent or someone who would fit that criteria?

    If you gave us a little more detail on what you do perhaps we might be able to be more specific but you could try monster.ie, they do small fees (relatively) for short term use.

    Good to hear someone is doing well in our recession society.
