    Whats the problem?

You enter the details, then proceed to the shop.

If they treat this anything like their own staff discounts they'll check and check again.

When I worked in Apple a few years back it was 30% off an iPod and 50% off a computer - I don't know how it stands now.

I worked there before and after the iPod came out ... it was always 27% on Hardware and 50% on software.

When a new product came out you had to wait a month or so before you could get it on the EPP

27% sounds right - I've rounded it in my head to 30%

27% off one system a year for an employee which you could get for someone else, 17% Friends and family discount, and you could get a few machines at that. One of the few advantages to woring in the kip.

Yeah ... 1 per year ;) ... Although the applestore didnt really care as long as you kept it to a reasonable amount

Just checked the store and there is €100 off a Mac Air which is just under 6% off the regular price - suppose it's better in your packet than Apples but no where near the 27% quoted above!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,468 ✭✭✭daveyjoe

Prices are the same as the education store if you're buying a mac or macbook. Software and iPods are cheaper with EPP though.

what to stop ppl using the EPP link, the uk one doesnt even ask for your business name, you can just click on it and get shopping?
