    Hi folks,

I am looking into getting a decent set of headphones for my computer. It is primarily for gaming.

I have narrowed my choice down to Sennheiser PC350 and the Razer Barracuda. Both look really good to me and receive largely positive reviews.

Does anyone use either of these and can offer some advice etc? Also, is anybody using the Xonar sound card for gaming?

    Thanks in advance

Hi mate, i went from a set of 'plantronics gamecom pro 1' to a set of 'sennheiser pc 350', they are grand, but i wasnt blown away like i tought i was gonna be, Not sure if they were worth 130 euro, think thats what it cost...on overclockers.co.uk,

if your looking for good sound, and good mic, and dont wanna spend too much, a set of plantronics dsp500/gamecompro1 will do the job by far,...they hav noise cancelling too, they are like 60 dollars or so on ebay, i had them for ages, still have, great headset and takes alot of falls wit no breaking.....

    hope that helps:D

Thanks for that. Although I kinda have my heart set on one of these. I will have a look at your recommendation though.

I got this logitech set last year, works just great for me. Even better sound quality than my Skullcandy Noise Cancellers that cost over thrice as much. and i was in love with those skullcandies.
