Suitable Software Programme????? (Please Help)

    I am running an business online, I have a huge product,customer and competitor range. When i started up i was able to manage all of the above but due to expansion i need a software package that can keep up.

    I have been using Excel and Access up to this point to keep on top of all these issues.

    I need a program that will give me complete management and a clear picture. I have listed what i require below, its quite vague but i hope it gives you an insight to what im looking for.

    My criteria is as follows:

    1.Customer Database
    Personal / Contact details
    Record of previous sales (customer id's are reffered to upon sales input)[/FONT][/COLOR]
    Revenue (Displays a clear total on all of a particular customers spending when that customer file is selected)
    2.Supplier Database·Account details etc·Stored record of inputted forms(Purchase order, Credit notes, Debit notes, Payments etc)
    3.Product Database·Product Input (Option to allocated to the relevant supplier in the supplier database)·Stock levels (Adjust as purchase orders are made, Low stock warnings etc)·Price Comparison (Compares similar products from different suppliers ie. I have several suppliers for identical products, I want the best deal highlighted when ordering from suppliers)
    4.Sales·Sales input (Referring to customers in the customer database)
    5.Statistics·Product statistics (I require a concise, organised view of all products and their sales performances, revenue etc)
    6. Market Research·Price Comparison ( I have 1200+ products, competition is vast. I keep a close eye on leading competitors but i would like to input competitor prices on allocated products. I need to be able to see these prices when i select a particular product)

    If i can get a package that includes the above and an accounting package that would be fantastic, but i wont hold my breath.

    I realise i have alot of criteria, but any suggestions that even come close to my desired software are very welcome.Thanks in advance.
