I just signed up for their Creative Photography course starting at the end of October.

Anyone else signed up? It seems like a very comprehensive course with lots of field trips and critique!

Anyone here happen to sign up? It's held in the Temple Bar hotel so beers afterwards are pretty much mandatory!!

Hi Fergus, I've not heard anything about this as I constantly try to improve the course. The person who shared these comments with you unfortunately didn't share them with me, which makes it very hard to correct what they found wrong with the course.

I've sent you a PM about sharing the comments with me as I'd really like to know what was said to you. I don't want to know who it was as they seem not to want to let me know directly. Please feel free to post those comments in this thread or in private via PM.

Hi MagicMarker, this is the whole object of the Creative Course. We even get people to Glendalough in the darkness before dawn :). But seriously though, the field trips are what sells the course but the critique a couple of days later is what past students tell me was most valuable. See you at the end of October,

    Dave

Sorry about that knee jerk post!

I was going to book for the October one and heard some feedback about it saying it was a bit basic for a friend who had done it, now one mans Basic can be anothers Advanced. I have not ruled out doing the course myself as I am not as expeirienced as the other guy, but can not now do the October one which is why I asked for feedback from OP.

I appreciate the need for feedbaack as I often deliver training in the Catering trade where I work, no point telling you mates its bad if you dont tell the trainer.

Again sorry, a reminder to think before I post!

Digital beginner is a great starting point for many reasons. Go along and see what I mean

I second this. The courses are very well prepared and thorough. Dave is very open to questions too. As for knowing if the course suits your level, I would say that you are bound to take something away from all of the courses that you think might suit you but I'm sure that if you get in touch you can find out more about what a particular course covers to get a better idea.
