Always looking in mirror

    i cant stop looking in the mirror at myself, I need to stop it asap but just cant. Basically Im a confident enough guy, good enough looking (no Brad Pitt) but for some reason im constaly looking at myself in the mirror and fixing my hair etc. its so bent and I need to stop it but I just cant resist looking at myself in the mirror if theres one there (now i never do it if somebody else is there)

    I have a bit of a longish hairstlye and it can look ridiculous if its not right but will look great when fixed proper. When its looking good and i know its looking good im like a different person, much more happier, fun and confident. A good bit less when i dont know how its looking or if i know its not right.

    Maybe its a self esteem issue or soemthing but I dont think so, as i said id consider myself a confident enough guy.

    Now im not cutting the hair as i really love it, and I dont know im not really looking for answers, i dont really know why im even writing this but this obsession needs to stop asap.....
