Ok, just got photoshop (cs2). not sure where to begin at all with editing an image. have the programme a few weeks and really no idea.

i thought i'd post up an image and just ask for people's comments on what type of tweaks i could try? i'm really just trying to learn the various things that photoshop can do and would be very very grateful for any suggestions of things i can try??
