OK so has anyone who got a place in halls not paid their first term fee yet...?? I looked at the letter today and realised it said that the fees are supposed to be paid by 14th september...

You should ring them since some people on this forum declared earlier how they had received a phonecall informing them that they had got halls this year today or so... so your place may indeed be gone.

I thought I'd get a reminder closer to the date reminding me that I need to pay...completely forgot...also I don't find out til Friday if I got into 2nd year...so if I pay it now do you think I can get the money back if I don't make it?

Is this the €250 deposit or the €2200-odd fees?

Presumably if you've paid the deposit the offer can't have lapsed by now??
