No, there hasn't been another one, but here's a question:

You're a surgeon. A patient comes in who is after killing a number of innocent students before turning the gun on himself. Would you try to save him or let him die?

So he kills the students and then walks to the hospital to kill himself knowing he'll survive and need a surgeon?

I'd imagine you'd have a hard time keeping your job if you just let them die!

Would you be allowed to torture him a bit lot, then save him?

Let him die and have the afterlife sort it out
Save him, let a life of being raped in prison be his lesson.

I'd save him, edit: or her or it. Sure he/she/it can't rot in a prison cell or a padded cell if he/she/it is dead now can he, edit: or she or it

Would it have been ok if they were guilty students?

Don't mind me... I'm just in a silly mood! lalalalalala

I'd save him and let the justice system take care of it from there, give the families a chance to see the killer convicted and sentenced.

The only reason i'm against the death penalty is because it's the easiest way out. If i had to choose between a life in prison and death, death would win hands down.

I'd save him but I'd take the opportunity to sew his asshole shut so the first time some fukin giant Aryan has a go it'll hurt like hell.

Patch him up with some Band-Aids, then let him rot in jail for eternity.

Sure. Start a thread about how I never made it through medical school.

    Nice.

    Hypocratic Oath

Thats what I was going to say, but I wonder how many doctors truly obey it in this day and age.

To answer the OP's slightly misleading thread title, but good question: Id save him purely because its my job and I would take the Hypocratic Oath seriously

Let's face it, you'd have to torture him alot to make up for all those children whoes lives he took away, and it wouldn't be that hard for him to kill himself in prison. The only place that could hold him would be on of those padded insane asylums. And why wasn't he able to kill himself in the first place?

If I was to consider it soley as a doctor or whatever trying to help his patient, without any regard for what he had done. I would let him die, since that's what he wanted.
